You Can Succeed If You Don't Give Up

(Clearwisdom.net) One day I ran into my former manager. I started to clarify the truth to him, hoping that he would quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He said, "We just have different beliefs. You believe in Falun Gong and I believe in the CCP, although I also believe in Buddhas." I said, "I don't think you sincerely believe in Buddhas. Communists are atheists that persecute people who believe in Buddhas. For that reason, communists and believers of Buddhas are in direct opposition. That's what I meant when I said that you are not a genuine believer of Buddhas or Gods." He didn't say anything more and left.

After he left, in my mind I asked Teacher, "Master, please strengthen me and arrange for me to meet him again. I really want to clarify the facts to him and save him." Two days later, I met up with him again. I continued to try to explain the truth to him. After listening to me for a short while, he said, "I have to take care of some business." He left in hurry. However, he still hadn't yet understood the facts nor quit the CCP.

I didn't feel disappointed. I added one more thought, "I will see him again. I have to let him know the truth." Afterwards, I ran into him a few times. He finally said, "What's happening with us? Why do we always run into each other?" I said, "It's because of a predestined relationship!"

I started sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil CCP specter behind him. We chatted and talked about his health. I told him that Falun Dafa can bring people goodness and health. He said, "I believe that. I see this through you." As we went on chatting, our conversation turned to the issue of quitting the CCP.

I told him, "There's really nothing I want from you. I just hope that when the CCP is no longer in existence, you'll be safe. The CCP will be eliminated by heaven because that's what's meant to happen. The will of heaven is unchangeable. The party says that it represents the people. However, behind the scenes, it has committed many evil deeds. Since its inception, it has killed more than 80 million Chinese people. At present, the party continues to persecute Dafa practitioners. Such injustice is not tolerable. Although it claims to represent the people, can you really be represented by it? It has committed so many sins. Can you bear its sins? I suggest that you quit the CCP using an alias, and sincerely believe in Buddhas. Falun Dafa is the genuine Buddha Fa. Remember 'Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.' You will be blessed and safe."

Soon after he understood the truth, he agreed to quit the CCP. I was truly happy for him.

During the process of helping this sentient being, it really deepened my understanding of Master's teaching: "Cultivation depends on the efforts of the individual while transforming gong is done by the master." (Zhuan Falun) We can make things go our way provided we don't give up.
